We do not take over everything at once. First we map which modules you actually use, then we replace them in an order you choose. Invoicing first, or stock instead, it depends on where the pain sits.
Data migration under control
Customers, items, open orders and history all come along. We migrate wave by wave, test against your old system and run in parallel for a period before we close off a module.
No per-user licences
Your current ERP charges per user and per module. The new platform does not. You pay for the build, after that it is yours and it grows with you without the licence bill rising in step.

We read out your current ERP: modules, connections, data model and where it hurts. You get a migration plan with a fixed price per wave and the order in which we replace.
Wave 1 onwards: replacing module by module
Each wave delivers a working module in production, with the data moved across and the old module phased out. Short, scoped, measurable.
Go/no-go at every gate
At the end of every wave you decide whether we continue. If it does not work as agreed, you stop, without a big-bang you can no longer reverse.

Do we have to move everything over from our old ERP at once?
No. We replace module by module in waves. Each wave puts one piece into production, runs in parallel with your old ERP for a period and is only closed off once it works. That way the operation never grinds to a halt.
What happens to our data from SAP, Dynamics or Odoo?
Your data comes along. We migrate customers, items, open items and history wave by wave, test against the old system and keep the source data until you approve the migration.
Will we end up dependent on a single supplier again?
No. The platform is open source and sits in your own repository from day 1. If the partnership ends, you keep the full code and any other party can carry on with it.
