Wave 1: landing zone
We build the EU cloud landing zone and migrate a first, well-defined workload. Proof in production before the rest follows.
Go/no-go per wave
At the end of every wave you decide: on to the next or stop. No big bang and no surprises.
Handover and ownership
Code, configuration and documentation sit in your own repository. You do not depend on us to carry on.
