With open source and AI in the right places, we build faster and cheaper today than a licence model that never puts anything in your hands. We do not reinvent the wheel, we put it together more efficiently.

The difference is in the person. I work as an allrounder who reads architecture, finance and operations at the same time. Someone who understands what a choice costs, how it fits into the daily operation and how it holds up technically will draw up a better architecture than three specialists working past each other. And I have that architecture carried out too, in code that is yours.

High run rates and bloated, outdated structures belong in the previous decade. Companies that do not take that step keep falling behind, year after year. Whoever takes their IT back chooses lower costs and ownership that stays.
